This interactive series is designed to provide helping professionals with a comprehensive overview of Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), Vicarious Trauma (VT), Compassion Fatigue (CF), and Burnout, and their impact on individuals working in the helping professions and beyond. This series will increase participants’ understanding of the impacts of indirect trauma through the innovative lens of the empathy-based strain framework. Participants will learn to define and distinguish these distinct but interrelated concepts and their implications for personal and professional well-being.
