If some biases can be unconscious, how are we supposed to do anything about them? Join Ross Wantland from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Office of the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for an interactive conversation on the impact of biases in our work and lives – and what we can do about them. This session will move beyond the biases we all hold to examine strategies to minimize bias and increase fair-minded processes.
