During this workshop, participants will develop a better understanding of stress and the 3 dimensions of burnout. They will learn how burnout can impact their physical and mental health, and the quality of their work, if not addressed. Throughout the workshop, participants will practice strategies that can be easily implemented into their work day to help manage and reduce stress, and decrease their chances of experiencing burnout.
