Join this interactive 3-hour online, trainer led, course on self-care and stress management. This training will define and explore types of stress and impacts of stress on the brain and body, while helping participants identify holistic practices, and individualized strategies to address their unique stressors. Participants will practice stress management skills during the course and will create a self-care plan that they can utilize in their everyday lives.
