Quality Improvement work can become even more challenging when buy-in at all organizational levels doesn’t exist. In this session, Dr. Vanessa Klodnick will share some insights and tips on building a working alliance with stakeholders. We will discuss how the role of CQI Professionals is conceptualized and the influence of a working alliance on buy-in and capacity building. At the end of the presentation, there will be time allotted for Q&A, sharing, and networking.
