Design Studio - Session 1

Come by the DI Design Studio! This interactive session will go over a few methods to better understand users and their behaviors.

The DI Design Studio is an open and chill space where anyone can come to learn and practice new methods for design and design thinking. It's a place to hold conversations, share stories, and have some fun learning what it means to design. Each Design Studio session will cover a phase of the design thinking process: Understand, Synthesize, Ideate, Prototype, and Implement.

The topic for Session 1 is Understand: Learning about users and their behaviors. Before work can be done to create a new product or experience, designers must fully understand the needs and perspectives of their users. But what does that look like? And what are some ways to achieve that? We invite you to grab a hot drink, get some pen and paper, and come down to the DI Design Studio to learn more!
