This month we will be joined by Erika Knierim, an attorney, legal engineer and finance professional with 14+ years of experience working with organizations ranging from international investment banks to multi-billion dollar technology startups. We will discuss the challenges that founders and startups face and the ways that they can set themselves up for success. This event should be exciting and informative for blockchain startups, tech entrepreneurs, or anyone interested in understanding what policies must be considered when working with digital assets.
As a Senior Associate Attorney at Founders Law, Erika focuses on providing legal counsel to clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including initial formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. She also assists clients in technology-related matters in the areas of tokenization, blockchain, and Industry 4.0.
