About This Event

This event is part a week-long series that is designed to help you explore the best and latest in UX Design. If you are interested in learning more, do check out other events under the same series here:

Hyper-personalisation is the process of delivering a customer experience that fits unique individual preferences by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time data. By using data to deliver more personal and tailored products, services and information, hyper-personalisation reduces cart abandonment, ensures customer loyalty and increases return on investment.

Hyper-personalisation is the next step forward and UX designers can leverage on AI to design more personalised user experiences. Increased personalization results in more relevant experiences for users, which leads to better conversion rates. With user experiences becoming the biggest competitive differentiator, brands must innovate to keep up as hyper-personalisation becomes the norm.

Join us as our panel of experts discuss the impacts of AI on different aspects of UX, how AI can help UX designers design more hyper-personalized user experiences, and how artificial intelligence might affect UX design jobs in the future.
