INFOCon 2021 is a multi-day (Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - Thursday, October 21, 2021) virtual event that showcases the breadth and depth of information professions. This event is intended for prospective students interested in learning about career paths and research topics in the areas of information, technology, and people. We've invited faculty across the U.S. and Canada to share their expertise and passion for information sciences! The event is free, and attendees are welcomed to attend sessions that interest them the most.

In our second year, we’ve invited 6 iSchool faculty members (i.e., Halil Kilicoglu, Cathy Blake, Sara Schwebel, Sarah Park Dahlen, Mike Twidale, and Anita Nikolich), which is the most of any partnering institution, to showcase their research expertise at INFOcon. The event is open to prospective students or anybody that wants to learn more about information problems in the 21st century.

Registration is limited, so sign up today!

INFOcon will take place virtually between October 19-21, 2021, with sessions beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET  and running until 3:15 p.m. PT / 6:15 p.m. ET. All sessions will be hosted virtually through Zoom, and session webinar links will be emailed out prior to the start of the conference. RSVP today
