Have you wondered how tipping (also called gratuity) works in the US? And why is tipping so ingrained in its culture? Most countries have tips either built into the bill or are not expected, however, in the US, it is a common practice; and tipping is necessary as many RELY on tips to make their wages. If you are confused like others, come to discuss your experience and the counseling staff will demystify some myths. Dinner is provided. Paid for by the Student Cultural Programming Fee (SCPF).
