Summary: As educators, we engage in curricular activities and develop educational innovation that facilitates learning. This presentation focuses on leveraging our everyday activities in curriculum and assessment to translate innovation into educational scholarship and to build programs of research with teams of faculty, staff, and learners. Examples from observational assessments, simulation, and clinical reasoning will be shared to demonstrate practices of educational scholarship.
