Abstract:
This session explores proven strategies for creating inclusive learning environments that support diverse student populations that are part of a current inclusive teaching practices initiative at Morgan State University. Presenters will share evidence-based techniques for addressing equity gaps, fostering belonging, and elevating traditionally marginalized voices in the classroom, while demonstrating how these practices align with Morgan's mission. Participants will gain actionable insights for implementing inclusive teaching practices that can be adapted to their own institutional contexts.
