An informal gathering intended to serve as a space for study and solidarity around recent and rapidly changing U.S. policies and practices as these impact the CLACS community and the work that we do. In the midst of a wave of executive orders and federal actions that threaten financial and legal precarity for many of us and initiate a change in foreign policy and practices with wide-ranging implications across the hemisphere, we are seeking new ways to be a source of information resources and an anchor for community. To those ends, please join us on March 11 at 4:30pm in Coble Hall Room 308. One of the things we hope to discuss will be whether and how future meetings or other activities might be of interest and support to our community.
