Students, staff, faculty and the community are invited to hear some health tips and then take a walk along the recreation path at Midway Village Recreation Path, 6799 Guilford Rd., Rockford (Park in lot off Guilford Rd. not the main museum lot).
1.4-mile walk: Paved, flat loop around Guilford County Forest Preserve.
