"Sleep: detractors, disruptors, disorders and what to do about them" will cover some common, and often hidden, detractors and disruptors of healthy sleep, as well as updates on sleep disorders in women. Participants will learn tips for clinical evaluation and management of sleep disorders in women. To be presented by Sarah Zallek, MD, Medical Director, OSF Sleep Peoria, Clinical Professor of Neurology, UICOMP.

OBJECTIVES:
- Identify sleep detractors, disruptors, and disorders in women.
- Describe some of the consequences of ineffective or insufficient sleep in women.
- Evaluate and manage some common sleep disorders in women.
