Objectives:
• Review most current data on associations of both severely adolescent and very advanced maternal ages on obstetric and neonatal/childhood outcomes
• Discuss/outline physiological, psychosocial, and ethical implications of extreme gestations
• Consider current guidelines and recommendations and associate their relation to these unique gestational ages
