- The next Rhet Professional development meeting will be held on Zoom from 3pm – 4:30pm on the 6th of November. The Zoom link will be shared closer to the meeting date.
We will be discussing alternative grading structures in the Rhetoric classroom, the conversations surrounding standard letter-based and labor-based grading systems, and ways to implement alternative grading practices while remaining rigorous and equitable. Even if you're not interested in adopting a fully alternative grading practice, the conversations around pedagogy should be helpful for everyone.
