This workshop will address the behavior of the bully, workplace tolerance, and the group dynamic that encourages its’ growth. We will explore related state policy, workplace conduct codes, and accountability procedures. We will also consider the occurrence of school-age bullying as it relates to workplace occurrence.
The workshop will be in a psychoeducation format. Questions are encouraged.
