Join us January 20–23 for Crucial Conversations® for Mastering Dialogue, an engaging, instructor-led course designed to help participants communicate effectively when stakes are high and emotions run strong. This in-person training emphasizes group discussion, real-time practice, and supportive coaching to build practical, transferable skills.
