AI can be a useful tool for searching for a job or internship, but can also be used in a way that does not benefit job seekers or companies. How do we maximize the benefits of using AI while avoiding common pitfalls?
Emma Andruczyk is the Associate Director of Career Services, with previous roles at the Big Ten Academic Alliance and The Career Center at the University of Illinois. She received the Hire Big 10 Outstanding New Career Services Professional Award and has been a longtime member of the UI’s Career Services Council, for which she has served as Chair.
