Come and listen to a bilingual story time presented in partnership with the Champaign Public Library.

This month's theme is Spring, featuring the story, A Morning with Grandpa.

Mei Mei finds her grandpa practicing tai chi in the garden. “Wow, it will be fun if grandpa teaches me that!” thought she. However, it seems that tai chi is harder to master than it seems to be…. Don’t worry! Mei Mei has her own way to deal with the challenge. She decides to…. teach her grandpa yoga that she learnt at school instead! Come to listen to this story and try your own tai chi and yoga moves!

Each bilingual storytime event will feature a story read in English and Chinese, Japanese, or Korean to spark children’s interest in East Asian languages and cultures. All are welcome!
