"El Dia de la Canción Criolla" is a traditional Peruvian holiday established in 1944 to celebrate Peruvian Creole Music. This wonderful music is inspired by a unique blend of indigenous, European, and African cultural influences. Come celebrate "El Dia de la Cancion Criolla" with the Peruvian Student Association on Saturday, October 29. You will taste delicious traditional cuisine while taking part in a Peruvian dance workshop and an afro-Peruvian celebration.
