In partnership with New American Welcome Center for their annual Welcoming Week, join us for the next virtual cooking class highlighting Nigerian cuisine taught by Ms. Adetutu "Tutu" Fabusoro. Learn how to make Edikaikong Soup with kale, spinach, goat meat, and different types of fish served with Eba made with Garri (cassava flour). Tutu will teach you a traditional dish that reminds her of her home and culture in Nigeria, specifically the Yoruba Ethnic group. The virtual cooking class is on Sunday, September 18th from 3-5pm and comes with an optional pre-portioned meal kit to cook during the class. You can get tickets and preorder your meal kit on our website. Meal kits will be available for pick up on Friday, September 16th from 4-6pm at Common Ground's Flatlander Classroom.

Register here. $40 meal kit available.
