Bobó de camarão (Shrimp Bobó) is one of Brazil's most iconic savory recipes. It's originated from the Bahia region of Brazil and has a strong influence of African cuisine. It's a dish that combines shrimp, cassava (yuca), herbs, coconut milk, palm oil, and other ingredients to bring everyone a unique taste of Brazil.
Attendees will be involved in the cooking of Bobó de camarão.
A professional development workshop for K-14 educators and librarians. Illinois K-12 educators are eligible to receive ISBE Professional Development Hours (PDH).
