Double Photoemission as a technique has been used to study electronic interactions for the last 20 years. In this talk I will discuss both the experimental and theoretical aspects of double photoemission. On the theoretical front, I will discuss double photoemission in Fermi liquid systems, the role of screening, and the atomic description of the two electron photocurrent in strongly interacting systems. I will also give a brief overview of the experimental techniques that are involved in double photoemission.
