Abstract: My journey as Visiting Faculty focused on teaching in the past three years, provided endless opportunities, and challenged me to become a better educator. In this talk, I will share my teaching philosophy, which is centered around helping students effectively learn the key ideas and overcome roadblocks, and how I go about realizing this philosophy. After that, I will reflect on inclusive classrooms, assessment, course management, and teaching challenges in the COVID-19 era. Finally, I will share my goals and future directions growing as a teaching faculty.
