This workshop will be facilitated by Danyelle Dawson a Clinical-Community Psychology, fifth-year PhD student, and Markera Jones a Clinical-Community Psychology, fourth-year PhD student. They will discuss the effects of academic and racism-related stress on the physical and mental health of BIPOC and lead skill-building activities to help participants create a radical self-care toolkit to thrive and survive the ivory tower.
