Ambassador (retired) Mustard, who served over three decades in USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) promoting exports, including 19 years abroad as an agricultural attache, counselor, and minister-counselor, will comment on current U.S. agricultural trade policy from his perspective as the FAS historian.
