Join Nutrition and Wellness Educator Rachel Mannen and Family Life Educator Emily Harmon for a series of invigorating Wellness Walks! Explore four different Champaign-Urbana parks with paved walking paths while learning valuable wellness tips. Each session includes a fun lesson or activity on a wellness topic, followed by a refreshing walk. After each walk, there will be a giveaway!
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and a water bottle.
In case of bad weather, the walk will be held indoors at First Christian Church (3601 S Staley Rd, Champaign, IL 61822).
