Do you want to experience the art of Chinese dumplings? Do you want to taste the taste of a traditional Chinese family?
Come and take Chinese traditional dumpling class at the ARC instructional kitchen! This class covers everything you need to make dumplings at home, from hand-folding dumplings to creating your own sauce! You’ll get to fold several popular shapes, including a triangle, rosebud, and moon. Join us and have some dumplings!
Register in person at ARC or CRCE Member Services when facilities are open. Cooking class registration closes three days before the scheduled class to allow for grocery purchases. Cooking class registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend that participants bring food containers in case there are leftovers to take home. Please contact us with any food allergies or sensitivities a minimum of one week in advance of your scheduled class. We will do our best to accomodate your needs and will contact you if we are unable to.
