About the Book
The book connects the most dramatic startup scandals, including FTX, Theranos, WeWork, and Uber, to flaws in the startup financing model. It shows how deregulatory reforms implemented by Congress and the Securities and Exchange Commission over the past 40 years have eroded the core safeguards of the federal securities law, first established during the New Deal era.About the Speaker
