About the Speaker
Jenna Rager is Corporate In-House Legal Counsel for Franciscan Alliance, where she serves as the primary legal resource for Franciscan Physician Network. In this role, she advises human resources, compliance, risk management, and executive leadership on physician and advanced practice provider employment matters, as well as contract negotiation and complex healthcare regulatory issues, including HIPAA, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the False Claims Act.
Jenna has extensive experience in healthcare and employment law. Her background includes in-house legal roles with large healthcare systems, higher education institutions, and private industry, giving her a broad and practical perspective on employment law, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk management.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University South Bend. Jenna is licensed to practice law in Indiana.
