Monday, June 23rd - 8:00 PM Central Time - Zoom Link This event is an online learning resource/opportunity for those located outside of Japan, who might not otherwise have the chance to learn about survivors' experiences relating to the atomic weapons used on Japan during WWII. This event serves as an opportunity to learn, listen, and better understand the experiences of A-bomb survivors. There will be a 40-minute talk from A-bomb survivor testimonies, and 15 minutes following for Q&A. For this meeting, the event will be in English. It is deeply important to learn about these stories and hear these personal testimonies, since as time passes, the living memory of WWII and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki dwindles. There are other resources available on the webpage for the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Language selection options allow for Japanese, English, and other options.
