Giselle Galper, Gies alumna and Founder of Chea Seed LLC, a career fitness tracker, will present on “Network to Bust Through Bias.” Do deep networks really get us opportunities or is this a misconception? This session will include a discussion of the research about the power of connectors and the shallow network and explore ways to think differently about networking, focusing on curiosity, relationship building, and asking for help.
