What Does "Sustainable Design" Really Mean?
Arshiya Kherani, Sukoon Active

The word “sustainability” gets thrown around casually in 2020 – by both small and big companies. But what does it really mean to be sustainable? How can you differentiate between greenwashing and true environmentally forward practices? In this session, we will define sustainability, and apply those principles to product design and development practices. We will do a deep dive case study in eco-friendly textiles.
