The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program hires local experienced technology entrepreneurs to provide consulting to new startup ventures and prospective technology entrepreneurs.
A minimum viable product is not a product, it’s a process. The primary goal isn’t to decide which features to include, it's to eliminate uncertainty about our target market by identifying our riskiest assumptions and finding the least costly methods to test them out. This session will explore how to correctly frame and define your MVP.
As a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University with a B.A. in Business Administration and as the current president of Pixo, Jasom Berg has played a unique and interesting role for organizations of all sizes. He has helped them to understand challenges unique to their buisness, uncover strategic oppurtunities, clarify their organizational needs, and ensure that each project is set up for success.
