Mental Health in API Community

The API Roots Counseling Center Paraprofessionals, Ethan, Safa, and Sam, will present a workshop on mental health barriers and perceptions in Asian and Asian American communities.

This session aims to help Asian identified students (American and International students) to build awareness and support student well-being across our community.

Participants will explore how to recognize these challenges, find culturally appropriate therapy options, and connect with campus mental health resources.

👥 About the Presenters
Counseling Center Paraprofessionals (CCPs) are students from across campus who deliver prevention and outreach programs using a multicultural, developmental, and strengths-based approach.

📆 Date: Wednesday, March 5, 2026
