This training equips participants with a clear understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment, how hostile environments contribute to the normalization of sexual harassment, and the legal protections in place under state and federal law. Through interactive scenarios and evidence-based strategies, attendees will learn how to recognize, respond to, and intervene in incidents of harassment. The session also emphasizes trauma-informed support for survivors and outlines employer responsibilities and employee rights. Resources for further action and support are provided.
