This series is designed to assist students with questions about everyday social situations and make them feel more comfortable interacting with others to meet their needs.

These workshops will: 

• Increase your confidence in your social skills.
• Teach you to navigate different social situations (e.g., personal, professional, online/in-person/phone call).
• Help you make connections and maintain healthy relationships.
• Learn how to communicate more effectively and deal with conflicts.
