Data Analysis with Python
Facilitated by: Ashley Hetrick, Data Analyst, Data Technology and Innovation for Technology Services
This workshop provides an opportunity to use Python to perform basic data analysis, including wrangling, cleaning, and visualization. This is a hands-on workshop, so participants should expect to follow along on their own devices. We will be using Google Colab as our Python environment; Colab comes as part of Drive, so there’s no need to download special software, but you’re welcome to use whatever environment you’d like. A dataset will be provided. All are welcome, but those comfortable with data analytics tools and methods in general or Python in particular may benefit from a more advanced workshop.
No registration required. This workshop will be broadcast online at https://go.grad.illinois.edu/eventspace. Workshops are not recorded.
