Wondering about coastal erosion and why our beaches are disappearing?
Come join the Illinois Sand Management Working Group for a night of learning and discussion at the Evanston Ecology Center to hear from our expert panelists on topics related to coastline erosion and community-level resilience. Our panelists include:
1) Lawrence C. Hemingway, CPRP, Director, Parks Recreation and Community Services, City of Evanston
2) Alex Hoxsie, Planner/Landscape Architect, US. Army Corps of Engineers
3) Cam Davis, Great Lakes Expert, GEI Consultants
Each panelist will present for 15 minutes followed by a Q & A session.
This will be held on Wednesday, July 10th at the Evanston Ecology Center in Evanston, IL from 7:00-8:30 pm.
