Description:
The way you recruit volunteers and engage them throughout the process can tell a board member a lot about what they will experience in actually working with you as a board member. In this session, we will review the recruitment and orientation process. We'll also discuss the board handbook and what policies you need in place to support a positive board experience.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own board manual.
