We invite you to explore an exhibit about a more than 10-week strike of the nurses of Carle and Burnham hospitals that occurred in this very city. The class of LER 320 has created an exhibit that investigates an important local labor movement that is often overlooked amidst the major movements. We will introduce the content we learned from a local standpoint and spark your interest in exploring the domestic movements of Champaign.
