Jessica Hannah is a Senior Counsel in Intellectual Property (“IP”) Litigation at Apple. In that role she manages worldwide IP litigation, including in U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, Germany, and China, as well as Apple’s IP litigation amicus filings. Before Apple, Jessica worked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. She also was an associate at the law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton for almost five years where she worked on patent infringement cases and did some trademark enforcement work. Jessica has a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Illinois General Engineering program.
