Professor Matthew Grenby will give a lecture titled, Going Global: Transnational Networks and the Spread of Early Modern Children’s Books on Thursday, April 15, at 12 noon CDT, via Zoom. Dr. Grenby is a Professor of Eighteenth-Century Studies at Newcastle University, UK. His wide-ranging scholarship explores, among other topics, the birth and early development of children’s literature and book history, particularly popular print.
