Title: Stress management and self-care for graduate students
Are you feeling stressed? Does it seem like you cannot focus recently as well as you did before? This workshop aims to help you recognize your own stress by discussing signs of stress. Common stressors graduate students might face in/after the pandemic will be explored. Realistic ways for graduate students to deal with their stress would be covered. You will be introdueced to the Counseling center services as well.
Counseling Center: Counseling center provides mental health support for U of I students including short-term individual therapy, group therapy for various topics/population, and workshops. You can meet with a group of diverse professionals who understand the range of concerns.
