iTEAM is an innovative partnership with the ACGME and is guided by the ACGME Medical Educator Competencies. This academic year program explores essential components for effective teaching in medical education.
Nationally recognized presenters, education specialist faculty, and instructional coaches facilitate the experience through a collaborative small-group cohort model. The program blends monthly half-day workshops with asynchronous learning and individualized coaching support.
Participants receive observation, feedback, and mentoring to strengthen teaching effectiveness across clinical and educational settings. The series is approved for ACCME continuing education credit.
Registration opens each Spring/Summer for the following academic year.
