How is AI transforming aging care services? Are older adults ready to embrace this technological revolution? In this talk, Xiayu Summer Chen will explore the transformative role of AI-led Conversational Agents in aging care, dive into the acceptance of these emerging technologies among older adults, and tackle ethical and privacy concerns.
Chen is a PhD candidate in the School of Social Work. Her research interests include aging and technology; health and mental health disparities among older adults, with a particular focus on the Asian and immigrant community.
