iTEAM is an innovative partnership with the ACGME and is guided by the ACGME Medical Educator Competencies. This is an academic year program that explores essential components for effective teaching. Nationally recognized presenters, education specialist faculty, and instructional coaches in a small group cohort will facilitate the program. The program blends monthly half-day workshops with asynchronous elements for individual participation. Program content is relevant and responsive to the specific cohort’s needs. Individualized observation, coaching, support, and feedback are provided for your teaching! The series is approved for ACCME continuing education credit.
