It is with great pleasure that the Interim Director of Educational Assessment and the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development extend an invitation to you for the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) VIRTUAL Item-Writing Workshop (IWW) scheduled to take place on April 10, 2024, starting at 1:00 pm CT.
This workshop presents a unique opportunity for our faculty to refine their expertise in crafting high-quality exam questions, thereby upholding the rigorous standards of medical education at our institution. Facilitated by NBME experts, the session promises to be insightful and enriching for all participants.
Given the nature of the workshop and to ensure optimal engagement, we are able to accommodate up to 30 faculty members. Therefore, we encourage you to register at your earliest convenience to secure your slot. This is highly recommended for the foundational science faculty that are actively writing CI MED exam questions; however, all are welcome to attend.
